Lazar Tutoring & Test Prep was founded by a classroom educator with a clear goal: to provide students with the kind of personalized, high-quality academic support that is rarely possible in a traditional classroom setting.

Today, our team of professional educators delivers structured, individualized instruction aligned directly with what students are learning in school. Each student’s plan is intentionally designed to improve performance, build confidence, and support long-term academic success.

Founded in the Carolinas, Lazar remains a locally owned, family-run business deeply invested in the students and communities we serve. We partner closely with families and stay connected to local schools, allowing us to provide relevant, targeted support that drives meaningful academic progress.
